proEPRO provides a complete or stand-alone recording function for all conversations. Using this advanced voice-logging system, all conversations can be saved in window-supported format (.wav) and filed under a different index. Conversations can easily be retrieved for investigation and monitoring purposes with the identification of agent code.

The supervisor can search any conversation voice log by agent code, DNIS number, ANI number, campaign ID, and time zone. They can choose between a PC speaker or proEPRO phone to playback the selected voice log file.

There is no limit to the length and the number of recorded conversations. A user-friendly interface is provided for staff and supervisors to playback and dispose of the recorded conversation; to provide easy reference for the management level to manage, monitor, and boost the customer service quality. The voice log record can be used for future training purpose as well.
