2019 CC APAC Asia Pacific Customer Centre Association Alliance Expo & Innovation Awards – The ICCA Indonesia Customer Centre Association Awards were held on September 10, 2019 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Ms. Joyce Poon, the Chief Consultant of EPRO TechSoft Ltd. was invited to attend the event and served as a judge.

Representatives from different Asia Pacific countries participated in the competition to demonstrate the strength. CNCCA China representatives eventually won different Customer Centre Innovation Centre Awards.
