Ms. Joyce Poon has more than 25 years of experience in call center operations management. She is currently the Vice Chairlady of Hong Kong Call Centre Association and the Chief Consultant of EPRO Group International Ltd. As the founder and promotor of China Call Centre Industry Systematic Training System, Ms. Poon has made a significant contribution to establish of industry talent training system and exchange between the call centre industry in the Asia-Pacific region especially in Greater China Area.
